Effective date: June 1, 2026. Tavepuro does not currently sell physical goods, digital downloads, memberships, or automated bookings through tavepuro.info. There is no shopping cart or payment collection on this website.
Current position
Because this static site has no checkout, there is no website purchase to return, exchange, cancel, or refund. The pattern-request form on the homepage does not submit information or initiate a purchase. Its on-screen message is browser-only feedback. A visitor who wants to discuss possible work must contact Tavepuro separately by email, and a conversation alone does not create a charge or a service agreement.
If a future service is arranged
Any future paid studio session, review, advisory engagement, or other service will be discussed directly before work begins. Its scope, fees, timing, cancellation terms, and any applicable refund or rescheduling terms will be stated in the relevant written agreement or invoice. That specific document will govern the arrangement, rather than this general informational page, because each piece of work may require a different level of preparation and scheduling.
Requesting a change before work begins
If you have agreed to a future service and need to change the plan, contact Tavepuro as soon as possible through the normal unfilled Contact email link. Early notice makes it easier to adjust the work, release a scheduled slot, or identify a reasonable next step. Include the name used in the correspondence, the date or project reference, and a short explanation of what needs to change. Do not include sensitive payment details in email.
Requests after work has begun
Interface and product work is often tailored to a particular context, so changes after preparation or delivery may not be the same as a return of a standard retail item. If you believe something was misunderstood, missing, or materially different from the agreed scope, say so promptly and describe the concern with the relevant notes or files. Tavepuro will review the request in good faith against the written scope and the work already performed.
Payment issues
If a future invoice is issued and you notice a duplicate charge, an amount that does not match the agreed document, or an unfamiliar transaction, contact Tavepuro promptly. Provide only the minimum details needed to locate the record, such as an invoice reference and the approximate date. Any payment provider may have its own dispute procedures, and those procedures may also be relevant depending on how a charge was made.
Contact
Questions about this policy or a future written arrangement can be sent to the normal unfilled Contact email: [email protected]. This policy may be updated if Tavepuro introduces a product, booking path, or payment feature. The effective date at the top will show when the current version was posted.
